For nearly six decades, ABG Real Estate Group has developed large-scale real estate projects and investments in Germany’s leading economic centers. Its two business lines, Development and Investment and Asset Management, provide the foundation for developing new properties, managing existing investments over the long term, and systematically enhancing their value. The company focuses primarily on office and residential properties.
Our interdisciplinary team of project developers, architects, lawyers, and real estate managers brings together all key areas of expertise under one roof. We take a comprehensive strategic approach that covers the entire life cycle of a property. From concept development and planning to financing, construction, marketing, and long-term management, all disciplines work closely together. This ensures efficient processes, clear decisions, and the expertise to successfully deliver even the most complex projects.
As an owner-managed company, we stand for continuity, reliability, and entrepreneurial responsibility. Guided by our principle RAUM FÜR WERTE, we are committed to outstanding architecture, quality, and sustainable value creation.
With teams in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Cologne, and Hamburg, ABG has a presence in Germany’s most important metropolitan markets. This ensures short communication channels, fast response times, and close relationships with local markets, partners, and clients.
