ABG Real Estate Group’s TruLiving development comprises a contemporary residential complex on one of the last undeveloped sites between the centre of Trudering and the developed areas to the south of Wasserburger Landstrasse. The architectural design of the building is characterised by staggered lines. Many loggias, balconies and roof terraces offer a high degree of privacy. High-quality finishes such as full-height windows and natural wood parquet flooring are included in the fit-out specification. Apartments offer underfloor heating, high-quality state-of-the-art bathroom fittings and installations and access is controlled by video intercom.
