With its exposed waterfront location and excellent transport links, the Am Kaiserkai office and commercial building is impressive in every respect. Situated in one of the most prominent locations in HafenCity, the office building impresses with its attractive lines of sight, which include the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, the Marco Polo Terraces, the cruise terminal and the Port of Hamburg. A total of around 11,000 square meters of gross floor area is spread over eight floors and several terraces. The project was developed by the architectural firm nps Tchoban Voss, Hamburg.
Due in part to its spectacular location, almost all of the rental space and the retail space on the first floor had already been let by the time the building was completed in 2008.
