In addition to developing the initial concept, our team is highly recognised for its long-standing successful track record of project management and construction management activities.
The Investment- and Assetmanagement division comprises the investment business, particularly in partnership with national and international investors, as well as selected individual mandates.
Investment and Asset Management provides capital partners with its track record of large-volume investments and customized investment strategies, which stands for many years of expertise and substantial sustainability.
Activities
The ABG Real Estate Group, founded in 1967 in Munich, looks back on nearly 60 years of success. With its divisions Development as well as Investment and Asset Management, the company covers the entire real estate cycle from a single source – from project development and construction management to leasing, financing and investment management.
The company operates nationwide with offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Cologne and Munich. With more than 75 employees, ABG Real Estate Group develops, delivers and manages commercial properties, residential buildings and entire urban districts. The current volume of assets under management amounts to approximately €4 billion.
Its references include renowned properties such as Deutschlandhaus in Hamburg, the Skyper high-rise in Frankfurt, the Living Isar urban quarter in Munich and the VoltAir landmark in Berlin.
Current ABG projects include, for example, the CENTRAL PARX building ensemble and PALAIS ROSSMARKT in the heart of Frankfurt, the urban and residential quarters Mariengärten and Helene Quartier in Munich, as well as YORCKS in Düsseldorf.
