In Munich’s new Neufreimann district, the new “Quartier Helene” is taking shape on a site of approximately 43,000 sqm at Helene-Wessel-Bogen. Where commercial properties currently dominate the area, we are working to secure planning permission through a development plan process for a green, mixed-use urban quarter with approximately 115,000 sqm of gross floor area across several development plots.
The project comprises approximately 700 to 1,000 units featuring contemporary and flexible residential concepts – including affordable housing – as well as space for healthcare services, retail, restaurants, mobility, cultural amenities and daycare facilities.
