The twelve-storey Sky with its striking natural stone façade has a total rental space of around 19,800 square meters. The building was constructed in 1989 and extensively revitalized in 2021/2022 and is now of new-build quality. Sky is centrally located in the business center of Eschborn, just a few meters from the city limits of Frankfurt and the Eschborn-Süd S-Bahn station. As a result, the location has good connections to the nearby highway. As Eschborn's first office tower with its own roof terrace, the Sky offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Frankfurt skyline.
The revitalization was awarded the immobilienmanager award for “Project Development Portfolio” and the BREEAM certificate “very good”.
