SKY Eschborn, Frankfurt am Main

The twelve-storey SKY, with its striking natural stone façade, has a total lettable area of around 19,800 m². The building was constructed in 1989 and was extensively revitalised to newbuild quality in 2021 and 2022. The revitalisation has received the “Project Development in Existing Buildings” immobilienmanager award and a “Very Good” BREEAM certificate. Sky is centrally located in the business centre of Eschborn, just a few metres from Frankfurt’s city limits and Eschborn Süd S-Bahn railway station, assuring the location of easy access to the nearby motorway.
