The modern office building VoltAir is located in the center of Berlin, on Voltairestrasse, between Alexanderplatz and the Spree River. The architecture is characterized by a horizontally glazed joint that runs across the structure.
Inside VoltAir, there are state-of-the-art office spaces with flexible floor plans, adapting to the individual needs of future users. Lease agreements have already been signed with several top-tier companies from innovative industries such as FinTech, biotechnology, etc. Furthermore, sustainability was given the highest priority in the development: The building has been awarded a LEED Gold certification.
