The modern office building VoltAir is located in the heart of Berlin on Voltairestraße, between Alexanderplatz and the Spree. Its architecture is characterized by a horizontally glazed gap running through the structure.
Inside, VoltAir offers state-of-the-art office spaces with flexible layouts, allowing the areas to adapt to the individual needs of future tenants. The fully leased building is home to several top-tier companies from innovative industries such as FinTech, biotechnology, and more.
The development placed a strong emphasis on sustainability, earning the building a LEED Gold certification.
