The Smart Office is a modern office building developed in Düsseldorf’s Airport City. Designed by sop architekten, Düsseldorf, the building features two H-shaped wings connected by glass bridges. The five-story structures form a prominent gateway, offering a view of the landscaped courtyard. Thanks to flexible floor plans, the Smart Office accommodates a wide range of office formats, from cellular offices to open-plan spaces and large open-space concepts.
The building has been awarded a DGNB Platinum certification and is also certified WiredScore Gold for its high standard of digital infrastructure.
