The revitalisation of the Garden Tower as a former bank headquarters building into a multi-tenant property is one of the ABG Real Estate Group’s best-known projects. The office high-rise with its 25 floors above ground and five basement levels was a highly complex challenge for the developers. It was necessary to adjust the octagonal form of the tower to suit the functional demands of a contemporary office property.
The building was totally gutted and technically modernised, and a stairwell was attached to the façade based on a design by Cologne-based architects KSP Engel und Zimmermann.
Up
