In the heart of Hamburg's city centre, on Gänsemarkt, one of the most important project developments in Hamburg in recent years has been realised with the historic new DEUTSCHLANDHAUS building. The outstanding design by Hadi Teherani sets new standards and picks up on the architecture of the traditional predecessor building. The new building offers attractive space for the new headquarters of Hamburger Sparkasse (Haspa) on a gross floor area of approx. 41,500 square metres, with additional uses (gastronomy, retail and residential).
The impressive Palm Hall promises an extraordinary atmosphere. A green oasis with water features inviting you to linger.
