Business in an exciting location: Hamburg’s dynamically developing Hammerbrook district is characterised by its proximity to the city and the Elbe. With HAMMER HEART, two top-class, innovative office and commercial buildings for special use are being built in the base zone. The buildings are centrally located on Albertstrasse/Spaldingstrasse and offer approx. 29,000 m² of trend-setting office space. The pavilion is intended as a striking ‘city showcase’ for cultural, gastronomic and public spaces. The building is aiming to achieve LEED Gold certification.
The current OZM Hammerbrooklyn exhibit is drawing attention to the new HAMMER HEART complex, with renowned artists from the international graffiti and AI scene showcasing just how transformative and important this district has already become for the city of Hamburg.
