In a prime waterfront location, directly opposite the government quarter, we created an impressive ensemble consisting of offices with complementary uses (gastronomy, retail and residential). Large retail chains such as EDEKA and Rossmann leased shop units prior to completion. Other tenants include renowned restaurant chains such as L’Osteria and Coffee Fellows.
The award-winning architectural design for the complex was created by the Hamburg-based Hadi Teherani architectural practice.
