The 5-storey office building GHU88 was fully prelet three months prior to completion. The property was designed by the renowned Cologne-based architects Astoc Architects and Planners GmbH and forms the riverside end of the district development on the site of the former BDI Tower facing the River Rhein. The building façade with its wave-like glazed cladding reflects its location next to the river.
Despite the unusual external shape, the floor layouts offer a high degree of efficiency and flexibility with approximately 3-metre high ceilings in the office areas and full-height windows creating an airy ambience in the workspace.
