The 5-storey office building GHU88 was fully pre-let three months prior to completion. The property was designed by renowned Cologne-based architects ASTOC Architects and Planners GmbH and forms the riverside end of the district development on the site of the former BDI Tower facing the Rhine. The wave-like glazed cladding of the building façade reflects its location next to the river.
Despite the unusual external shape, the floor layouts offer a high degree of efficiency and flexibility, with approximately 3-metre-high ceilings in the office areas and full-height windows creating an airy ambience in the workspace.
GHU88 has been awarded DGNB Gold certification.
