Located at the heart of the banking district of Frankfurt am Main, the historic Palais am Roßmarkt is a listed building that is currently leased to Deutsche Bank. The company has utilised the building as its main branch for over 90 years, designating it as the bank’s headquarters for much of this period. Roßmarkt is one of the most prestigious addresses in the city, with direct access to Goetheplatz and the Hauptwache plaza. The area benefits from excellent transport connections and the famous shopping stretches along Goethestrasse and Zeil are just steps away. The building has a total rental space of around 15,500 m² spread over six floors above the ground. With its late-Baroque style and early neoclassic façade, the Palais is a highly attractive and unique construction in Frankfurt city centre with exciting development potential. Highlights include the wood-clad Frankfurt Room and the Presidential Suite. The Palais am Roßmarkt is a unique part of Germany’s banking history and is one of the few remaining classic buildings in Frankfurt city centre.
