The ABG Real Estate Group’s TruLiving development comprises a contemporary residential complex on one of the last undeveloped sites between the centre of Trudering and the developed areas to the south of Wasserburger Landstrasse. The architectural design of the building is characterised by staggered lines. The many loggias, balconies and roof terraces offer a high degree of privacy. High-quality finishes such as full-height windows and natural wood parquet flooring are included in the fit-out specification. Apartments offer underfloor heating and high-quality state-of-the-art bathroom fittings and installations; access is controlled by video intercom. The external areas are of equally high specification: An approximately 3,500 m² open landscaped area is planned for the complex.
The development comprises 150 apartments, some occupied according to the München Modell (Munich model) and others as publicly subsidised apartments (30 subsidised apartments). In addition to the many bicycle stands, the development features an underground garage with around 145 car parking spaces.
