The twelve-storey Sky Eschborn, with its striking natural stone façade, has a total lettable area of around 19,800 sq m, including around 19,000 sq m of high-specification office space and around 600 sq m of restaurant space. The building was constructed in 1988 and will be extensively revitalised to new-build quality in 2021 and 2022. The revitalisation has received the  "Project Development in Existing Buildings" immobilienmanager award and a "Very Good” BREEAM certificate.
