Millerntorplatz, Hamburg

There are only a few addresses in Hamburg as prominent as Millerntorplatz 1. The building complex is located at the boundary between the Heiligengeistfeld and St. Pauli neighbourhoods and forms the gateway to an entire city district. The office and commercial building assumes a high level convenience retail function with its own retail and restaurant space on the ground floor. There are almost 570 car parking spaces in the underground garage, which is a significant advantage in an area heavily frequented by tourists. The impressive and dominant architecture of the building was designed by the Hamburg-based architects Kleffel, Köhnholt und Partner. Each of the 1^st to 4^th floors comprises up to 4,300 m² of lettable space. Since completion, the office and commercial building has been occupied by international companies as their global or German headquarters.
