There are only a few addresses in Hamburg as prominent as Millerntorplatz 1. The building complex is located at the boundary between the Heiligengeistfeld and St. Pauli neighbourhoods and forms the gateway to an entire city district.
The office and commercial building assumes a high-level convenience retail function with its own retail and restaurant space on the ground floor. There are almost 570 spaces in the underground car park, which is a significant advantage in an area heavily frequented by tourists. The impressive and dominant architecture of the building was designed by Hamburg-based architects Kleffel, Köhnholt und Partner. Each of the 1st to 4th floors comprises up to 4,300 m² of lettable space. Since completion, the office and commercial building has been occupied by international companies as their global or German headquarters.
