ABG Real Estate Group is redeveloping the site of the historic Deutschlandhaus in heart of Hamburg city centre close to the "Gänsemarkt" as one of the city’s most important projects of the last few years. The exceptional design by the Hadi Teherani architectural practice is setting new benchmarks and is based on the traditional architecture of its predecessor. The new-build comprises approximately 40,000 m² gross floor area and will combine different zones occupied by offices as well as restaurants, retail and apartments.
