Düsseldorf’s second H2 Hotel was developed on the last plot in the Le Quartier Central district. The approximately 2,000 m² site is now home to a contemporary building designed by Cologne-based architects Molestina Architekten. All nine floors are occupied by the H2 Hotel, the budget and designer brand of H-Hotels.com, comprising 250 guest rooms, two levels of underground car parking and modern restaurant concepts.
DTA has been awarded the BREEAM certification "Very Good".
