ABG Real Estate Group developed the Wegelystrasse office building for apoBank, comprising a classic administration building with a large conference centre. The office property has 25 car parking spaces and was designed by the Berlin-based architects platena + jagusch.architekten and completed in 2009. ABG Real Estate Group functioned as general contractor for apoBank and managed the project on time to the full satisfaction of the client.
The lease contract between apoBank and the later tenant G-BA (Gemeinsamer Bundesausschuss) was concluded prior to commencement of construction. The site was already in the ownership of apoBank.
Up
