HammerHeart introduces two premium, innovative office and commercial buildings featuring special-purpose uses in the base zone and attractive office spaces. Centrally located at Albertstraße/Spaldingstraße, the buildings offer approximately 27,000 square meters of forward-thinking office spaces. A third structure, designed as a distinctive "urban showcase," is planned for cultural, gastronomic, and public uses, such as sports.
The project aims for LEED Gold certification, emphasizing sustainability and innovation.
