Dusseldorf based BEMA Group and Munich based ABG Group together secure the last building plot on Toulouser Allee
Düsseldorf, 5 September 2018. With beginning of the construction works on the 1.984 m² plot in 2019, the joint venture develops the last free building plot of the urban quarters named “Le Quartier Central” at Toulouser Allee. The new H2 Hotel is seamlessly integrated into the urban concept of the former railway area. H2 is the budget and design oriented brand of H-Hotels.com. The new guesthouse in Dusseldorf will offer Business travellers and families alike 250 guestrooms on seven floors, two underground car park floors and a modern gastronomy concept at a fair rate. The sustainable, architecturally demanding building features an open, light and modern design. Its opening is planned for end of 2020.
Innovative architecture meets urban hotel concept

Next to its innovative design and functional room concept including four-bed rooms for families and groups, the new H2 Hotel in Dusseldorf will offer the gastronomy concept “H2 Hub” comprising bistro and lounge. This makes it a new comfort zone for travellers at fair prices.
Project development in a central location with high quality and short timeline
The development at Toulouser Allee is the final piece of the quarters and fits harmonically into the overall urban context. In addition, the cooperation of BEMA and ABG is a tried and tested setup: Apart from the office complex “Sillizium” - which is today’s headquarters of HUWAWEI and has been completed in 2014 - the partners currently develop the “SMART OFFICE” in the Airport City. Furthermore, they are realising a living quarters at Worringer Strasse in Dusseldorf as southern completion of “Le Quartier Central”. This 18.000 m² big plot will offer 450 apartments.
