Frankfurt/Main, 20 January 2020 – ABG Real Estate Group, Munich, has today made three personnel announcements.
- As of January 2020, the contract of Mr Guido Wiese (53) as Managing Director of ABG Development will be extended for another five years. Mr Wiese, a graduate engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur) has been with ABG since 2014 and currently holds primary responsibility for two major projects – Voltair in Berlin and the new Deutschlandhaus in Hamburg. Before joining ABG, he held various management positions, including at LIP – Ludger Inholte Projektentwicklung GmbH, Hamburg, and Drees & Sommer, Stuttgart.
- Graduate economist (Diplom-Volkswirt) Günther P. Schleip (52) has joined ABG in January as Head of Investments for the ABG Capital division in Frankfurt. He will be working very closely with Managing Partner Ulrich Höller. Mr Schleip has almost 20 years of experience in the institutional real estate business. Most recently, he was responsible for initiating and marketing US real estate funds for institutional investors, in cooperation with Texas-based Lincoln Property Company, Dallas. Previously, he held senior positions at CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH, Cologne, and Bavaria Immobilien Beteiligungsgesellschaft (a subsidiary of former Bankgesellschaft Berlin).
- Thomas Stenke (60), also a graduate engineer, joined ABG in November 2019, as a Senior Project Manager at ABG Development. He joined from the general contractor W. Markgraf GmbH & Co. KG Bauunternehmung, Bayreuth, where he had worked for 15 years. Previously, he had been employed – also for 15 years – at GU Baresel AG, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, which today forms part of the Köster Group.
