The FRANZ residential and commercial building with around 5,000 square meters of rental space, which will mainly be used for offices, is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous Stachus and has been completely revitalized by ABG and supplemented by a new building in the inner courtyard. In addition to the office space, there are eight attractive penthouse apartments on the upper floors with unique views over the city and the Alps.
FRANZ has been classified as “very good” according to BREEAM certification.
