Am Kaiserkai, Hamburg

With its prominent waterside location and superb transport connections, the Am Kaiserkai office and commercial property is an impressive project in all respects. The office building occupies one of the most highly visible positions in the HafenCity district and benefits from its attractive views of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, the Marco- Polo-Terrassen, the cruise terminal and across the Port of Hamburg. The approximately 11,000 m² gross floor area is distributed across eight floors and a number of terraces. The project was designed by the Hamburg-based architects nps Tchoban Voss.

This and the spectacular location meant that almost all lettable areas in the property, including the ground-floor shops, were already pre-let at the point of completion in 2008.
