Frankfurt/Main, 9 January 2023. Mr Piotr Bienkowski left Capital at the end of 2022, for personal reasons. The company, which is ABG Real Estate Group’s Investment Management business, will be managed by Dr Daniel Landgraf in the interim, prior to a successor to Mr Bienkowski being announced in due course.
Piotr Bienkowski joined Capital as a Managing Partner in January 2021. The Company launched its business operations at that time – since then, ABG's team has expanded ABG Capital to assets under management of some €700 million. Prior to working for ABG Capital, Mr Bienkowski served as Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany for 17 years – with the last 8 years as CEO.
Ulrich Höller, Managing Partner at ABG Real Estate Group, said: “Over the past two years, Piotr Bienkowski has made a significant contribution to Capital’s start of operations, and to this division’s development. We owe him a great deal of thanks, and wish him all the very best for the future.”

ABG Real Estate Holding, controlled by Dr Walter Wübben and Ulrich Höller, has acquired Mr Bienkowski’s shares in Capital.
