Frankfurt/Munich, February 7 – ABG Real Estate Group is expanding its leadership team, gaining two distinguished experts for key positions in the residential and legal sectors with Andre Schmöller (51) and Dr. Viktoria Varens (41).
As of February 1, 2025, Andre Schmöller has assumed the role of Head of Business Development Residential. With nearly 30 years of experience in the residential real estate sector, the trained real estate specialist, business economist, and real estate economist will play a central role in further strengthening ABG Real Estate Group’s residential expertise. He will primarily focus on expanding investment and asset management in the residential segment. Previously, he held leadership positions at Patrizia Deutschland, Domicil, Corpus Sireo, and the Adldinger Group.
Since January 1, 2025, Dr. Viktoria Varens has joined the company as Head of Legal. As a corporate lawyer (Syndikusrechtsanwältin), she brings extensive and long-standing expertise in real estate and corporate law, gained from her experience at MAN, a major industrial company, as well as the commercial law firm Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein.
