Munich, 31 August 2026 – ABG Real Estate Group has undertaken the refurbishment of an existing property in a central location in Munich as a partner of HUK-COBURG. The project comprises around 10,000 sq m of rental space divided between commercial and office use. As part of the scheme, the building will be comprehensively modernised, repositioned and brought up to date for future commercial use.
The project will be implemented in several stages. As part of the property's repositioning, in addition to technical and design measures, for example, in building services and the façade, further structural adjustments are being evaluated and prepared in order to restructure the property both structurally and functionally. The project will be implemented in compliance with the highest sustainability standards. The aim is to achieve high-quality certification, the specific label for which is currently being defined.
In addition, the foundations are being laid for a potentially broader tenant mix. This means the ground floor could accommodate complementary uses in areas such as services, food and beverage and/or retail.
