Frankfurt, 10 November 2021 – ABG Real Estate Group has strengthened its management team via internal promotions:
- Ernst Bayerstorfer (58) joins ABG Development’s senior management team as a fourth Managing Director, adding further potency to a team that already includes Guido Wiese, Tom Soreq and Carsten Faust. A qualified lawyer, Mr Bayerstorfer has been working as an in-house counsel for the company for over 25 years and will be mainly responsible for legal issues related to project development.
- Benedikt Lehr (44) has been appointed Managing Director of ABG Immobilienmanagement, next to Managing Director Sandra Biebel. Also a qualified lawyer, he joined ABG Real Estate Group as an in-house counsel in 2018. In his new position, Mr Lehr will primarily be responsible for ABG Capital’s legal issues and questions concerning the corporate structure of entire ABG Real Estate Group.
- Sven Fimmen (35) joined the company in 2020 as a Senior Manager. An industrial engineer, Mr Fimmen has been appointed new Head of Business Development. He will support the holding company’s management and the shareholders in all strategic questions, and also hold responsibility for advances in digitalisation and ESG.
