ABG Real Estate Group expands its team
Frankfurt, 7 January 2022 – In the course of its dynamic growth, ABG Real Estate Group has expanded its team as at the beginning of 2022.
- As Head of Transaction Management, Rainer Mutschler (39) will be responsible for the execution of acquisitions and transactions of the ABG Capital business line. Mr Mutschler is a qualified business administrator (Diplom-Betriebswirt) and Real Estate Asset Manager (IREBS). He also has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before joining ABG, he worked for DIC Asset AG, GEG German Estate Group, and Allianz Real Estate.
- As Senior Legal Counsel, Britta Welmans (52) will provide legal support to ABG. Following more than twenty years of experience as a self-employed solicitor in the real estate sector, most recently she has been working as an independent advisor for several real estate companies and as Deputy Head of Legal for Vivawest Wohnen.
