ABG Real Estate Group’s development comprising almost 5,600 m² residential space lies close to Munich’s English Garden and city centre. The 1- to 4-room apartments with areas between 36 m² and 144 m² are distributed amongst four building sections. The 4- to 6-storey building sections designed by Munich-based architects Grassinger Emrich Architekten comply with the highest levels of sustainability. Thanks to the photovoltaic installations on parts of the roof areas, the building produces the same amount of energy that the occupants consume. ParkCubes achieves an equilibrium primary energy balance. ABG Real Estate Group purchased the site of the former military radio station on Max-Bill-Strasse from the City of Munich Council in 2015.
