Lahnstraße, Frankfurt am Main

The 6-storey building complex in Frankfurt’s Lahnstrasse comprises a revitalisation project by ABG Real Estate. The building was totally gutted in 2000 and the façade was fully redesigned. In addition to the purely office use, other areas were earmarked for residential units.

The special character of the building is emphasised by the interconnection between traditional architecture and the impression created by the façade complemented by the contemporary fit-out such as cavity floors, integrated lighting, electrically controlled externally-mounted sun protection, and the ventilation and extraction systems.
