JOINT VENTURE WITH HANSEMERKUR GRUNDVERMÖGEN
The CENTRAL PARX building complex, in a prime location of Frankfurt's banking district, is beautifully situated in the historic Rothschildpark. The 23-storey high-rise building, adjoining multi-storey low-rise building and atrium building with its impressive conference rooms, stand on a site of nearly 8,400 sq m and are currently used by Oddo-BHF. The elegant and airy design of the buildings comes from the pen of the architect Sep Ruf who played a leading role in the development of modern architecture in Germany and Europe. The exceptional open location offers its users not only panoramic views of the Frankfurt skyline but what is more, a unique view of the lush surroundings from the sides facing Rothschildpark.
The complex on Opernplatz – which links Frankfurt's banking district and Westend, Germany's top office address - will be redesigned and transformed into a high-quality, modern and building, with a focus on sustainability after the current tenant moves out.
