The CENTRAL PARX building complex, in a prime location within Frankfurt’s banking district, is beautifully situated in the historic Rothschildpark. The site – which offers almost 8,400 m² of space – is home to a 23-storey TOWER and adjacent STUDIO, a multi-storey low-rise building, as well as the PAVILLON, which houses impressive conference rooms that are currently used by a private bank. The elegant and airy design of the buildings comes from the pen of the architect Sep Ruf who played a leading role in the development of modern architecture in Germany and Europe. The exceptional open location offers its users not only panoramic views of the Frankfurt skyline but also a unique view of the lush surroundings from the sides facing Rothschildpark.
The complex on Opernplatz – which links Frankfurt’s banking district and Westend, making it Germany’s top office address – will be redesigned and transformed into a highquality, modern and sustainable building after the current tenant moves out.
